We had a lot of resident abstract submissions and due to time constraints, we could only accept 9 for presentations. Out of the 9 resident abstract presentations we had 3 winners based on votes from member attendees. Thank you to all that submitted and presented and congratulations to the 2022 winners.
AND THE FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD PLACE WINNERS ARE.......
First Place - Elise Yoon, DO on her research and presentation on Impact of Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy on Upper Extremity Functional Independence in Children with Cerebral Palsy: A Case Series
Second Place - Katherine Holste, MD on her research and presentation on The Role of Complement in Post-Hemorrhagic Hydrocephalus
Third Place - Hassan Fadel, MD on his research and presentation on Staged Laser Interstitial Thermal Therapy for the Treatment of Insular Glioma: Experience with a Novel Treatment Paradigm
We hope to receive just as many if not more submissions for 2023 and those who do not get accepted to present will have the opportunity to display a poster of their research for attendees to vote on as well.
